Meeting you where you are at, focusing on your strengths and goals
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona with more than 20 years’ experience in the mental health field. I have a Masters Degree in Social Work from ASU, and am an Arizona Native. I love life and live it to the fullest, however, I realize that with life, there are many challenges that come at us all from many different angles. Often these challenges can leave us feeling broken and unsure how to continue to move forward. As a therapist, my goal is to help you find your own self-awareness, the strength to empower you through your difficult times, and the ability to find peace and balance to get back on track. My unique style is to meet people where they are, help them to identify their goals and strengths and teach new personal and relationship skills that will support their change and growth.
I specialize in dealing with relationship concerns, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, grief, trauma, substance abuse, and other addictions, both for the addict and the loved ones in relationships with them, women issues, co-dependency, parenting skills, among many others. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, families, and adolescents.
